This was made for my Design assigment at University. The idea was to create, as stated above, a special edition CD box. Mine was meant to be like a surprise box. You open it, and Jack jumps out of it. But since I made him of Apoxy clay, he was just too heavy to do that. Apart from that, the rest of the box looks awesome to me. Jack is attached to a plataform underneath him that acts like a "hidden compartment" lid where the CD and other stuff are placed.

By the way, my mum sewed his suit (although it can't be seen in these photos). I'm a disaster with those stuff. And the photos were taken in a photography studio from my university by a professor.

Este trabajo fue hecho para mi materia de Diseño en la universidad. El objetivo era crear una caja de CD, edición especial (o edición limitada). La idea era que la mía fuera como una de esas "cajas sorpresa". La abrís, y Jack salta de adentro. Pero como hice a Jack de masilla Epoxy, era demasiado pesado para hacer eso. Aparte de eso, el resto de la caja en mi opinión se ve excelente. Jack está unido a plataforma debajo de él que actúa como tapa de un "compartimento secreto" donde se encuentran el CD y las otras cosas.

Por cierto, mi madre cosió su traje (aunque no se puede apreciar en estas fotos). Yo soy un desastre con esas cosas. Y las fotos fueron tomadas en un estudio de fotografía de mi universidad por un profesor.

Gahh~ I wanted this CD so bad! But I dunno where to get it from. How old is it? Is so old it's hard to find?

It isn't actually that old. I believe it was released on 2009.

You should probably ask in any disc store, they will give you more information than me for sure (I'm not from your country, so I can't help really much). If you don't find it there you can always look in sites like Amazon or eBay.
